A&J Guns will attempt to ship orders within 3 business days, using UPS. However, we reserve the right to delay shipping for any reason including, but not limited to FFL requests/verification and to use other shippers at our sole discretion.
A&J Guns will accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise for exchange or store credit only. A&J Guns will accept returns on unused/unopened merchandise for full refund or store credit but may at its sole discretion asses a restocking fee of up to 25%.
We are happy to order merchandise not normally carried in inventory. Customers requesting special orders will be required to sign a purchase agreement, and may be required to make a non-refundable deposit of as much as 20% of the total cost. A&J Guns will provide an estimated delivery date but does not guarantee delivery on the estimated delivery date provided.
On a qualifying purchase a deposit of one hundred dollars $100.00 will hold one in-stock merchandise item. The remaining balance must be remitted within ninety 90 days. Failure to remit the full payment within the allotted ninety days will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit and the merchandise being again offered for sale to the general public. Monies escrowed above the initial deposit amount will be returned as cash or store credit at our discretion. As this policy is both new and experimental for A&J Guns we reserve the right to modify these terms or cancel the availability of this program without advanced notice.
A&J Guns handles FFL firearm transfers for $20.00. Please be prepared to provide an FFL or a legible copy of their driver's license if they are not a FFL holder, their name and phone number, and the name and phone number of the person we are recieving the firearm for. Additionally, if you can not legally possess the firearm, accessory, or device we are not allowed by law to release it to you (or your wife, mother, father, brother, sister etc.).
No policy of A&J Guns shall in any way be construed or interpreted to be contrary to any Federal, State, or local law, or regulation. All transactions are subject to cancellation if either party can not satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with all laws. A&J Guns furthermore reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity for any reason at any time.
